Finfish are aquatic vertebrates with gills, fins, and a streamlined body for efficient swimming. Their anatomy includes a skeletal structure, muscular system, and specialized organs like the swim bladder for buoyancy. They have a circulatory system with a two-chambered heart and a lateral line for detecting vibrations. Finfish biology varies across species, adapting to freshwater or marine environments.
