Complex Analysis is a branch of mathematics that studies functions of complex numbers. It explores concepts such as analytic functions, contour integration, Cauchy’s theorem, and residue theory. Widely used in engineering, physics, and applied mathematics, complex analysis provides powerful tools for solving problems in fluid dynamics, electrical engineering, and quantum mechanics.

What will i learn?

  • To get equipped with the understanding of the fundamental concepts of functions of a complex variable along with the concepts of analyticity, Cauchy-Riemann relations and harmonic functions.
  • Evaluate complex contour integrals applying the Cauchy's integral theorem and Cauchy's integral formula.
