  • CO1: Able to prepare standardized milk as well as able to handle and maintain equipment related to raw milk processing: PO1, PO3
  • CO2: Implement improvement strategies on developing better dairy starters for the production of fermented foods with therapeutic properties: PO3, PO4
  • CO3: Detect adulterants, preservatives and neutralizers in milk and milk products: PO2, PO4
