Course description

Transformer manufacturing, repairing, and maintenance involve designing, assembling, and servicing electrical transformers for efficient power distribution. Manufacturing includes core winding, insulation, and quality testing to ensure durability. Repairing focuses on fault diagnosis, rewinding, and component replacement, while maintenance includes oil testing, cooling system checks, and preventive measures to extend transformer lifespan and ensure reliable performance in power grids and industries.

What will i learn?

• Carry out an inspection: To ensure equipment is under healthy state with and to detect any types of faults.
• Perform testing activity: for any suspicious inspection testing of the system to be done to detect any faults or working conditions of the equipment.
• Repair, Overhaul, and delivery of tested distribution transformer:Carrying out repair and maintenance activity in damaged distribution transformer and ensure the overall health of the distribution transformer
• Design different parts of the transformer
• Assemble different parts of the transformer and carry out pre and post-manufacturing tests.
