Course description

Underground Coal Mining involves the extraction of coal from beneath the Earth's surface using mining techniques such as drilling and blasting. The course covers mine safety, ventilation, and the environmental impact of coal extraction.

• To understand development of pillar , extraction of pillar and Longwall mining method. To understand panel system of mining and mechanized extraction of longwall panel .
