  • Able to prepare a great assortment of dairy products such as burfi, peda, kalakand, milk cake, gulabjamun, sandesh, rosogolla, kheer, rabri etc. Explain the standard methods of manufacture of different dairy based products. Explain the advances in preservation and packaging of products.
